而阿Sir嘅方法係唔需要用傳統方式去整嘅蝦餃皮,唔使砧板,唔使拍皮刀,令大家就算係屋企都可以輕鬆做到晶瑩剔透、皮薄餡靚嘅效果🤩
塊皮可以經得起冷藏嘅考驗,放雪櫃都唔怕雪到裂開,造型性佳,唔洗出去酒樓都可以有自家製蝦餃食😋
